Overview The air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of just 50 rooms, and facilities on offer include a lobby area, a restaurant, and parking for those arriving by car. The range of leisure facilities are ideal for all those wishing to indulge themselves in an idyllic tropical setting. Outside, there is a three-level pool area, a white sandy bay, and both sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Relaxation is definitely the daytime theme at Dian Bay. It is possible to try sailing, canoeing, kayaking, snorkelling, surfing, fishing, explore nature on a walk, or simply laze in the flow of the water. Catamaraning and diving excursions (charges apply) are also available. In the spa area, guests may treat themselves to a facial or full body massage, or try aromatherapy. Accommodation
All the rooms are tastefully appointed in a serene tropical style. Standard fittings include a shower, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a double or king-size bed, a hire safe, and either a balcony or terrace. Bar and Restaurant
The resort's restaurant, Frangipani, is located one step up from the beach. Chef Andrew and his staff have created a Euro-Caribbean cuisine that combines the finest local produce with favourite international dishes. Once-a-week themed buffet and barbecue nights compliment the a la carte choices, and regular evening entertainment contributes to the relaxing yet interactive tropical ambience.
Restaurant Dress Code
The dress code for the restaurant is beach-style during the daytime hours while casually elegant fits the mood for the evening and dinner hours. During the day shoes are worn and bathing suits covered. After 6:30pm, men wear slacks, tailored Bermuda shorts and collared shirts with short or long sleeves (no T-shirts or tank tops). Women wear dresses, skirts, slacks, culottes or tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no "short shorts" or cut-offs). Need Suggestions? Don't hesitate to ask us. Too relaxed to drive out for dinner? No problem is our motto. Frangipani a la Carte will delight you. The Frangipani Bar and Lounge is open from 10am until 11:00pm and all our guests are invited to the weekly Manager's Cocktail Party.
