	Description
	Located within walking distance from Playa del Carmen in the beautiful Mexican Caribbean on the coast of the Riviera Maya, some 40 miles south of Cancun. Playa del Carmen is blessed with miles of unspoilt white sandy beaches, crystal clear Caribbean waters; and that warm, small town feeling that is proving harder and harder to find. It is a place for those in search of the real Caribbean Experience and the endless adventures Mundo Maya has to offer.

	Facilities
	Complimentary leisure facilities include 2 swimming pools, kid's pool, Jacuzzi, aerobics & aqua-aerobics, tennis court, water basketball, beach volleyball, water polo, gym, sailboats, scuba demo in pool, kayaks, windsurfing, snorkelling and bicycles. Daily activities are co-ordinated by the multilingual entertainment staff with a complete all day programme for adults, an excellent nightly show and a special kids club for children from 4 to 12 years old with nightly mini disco. Other facilities that are charged locally are massages on the beach, babysitting ,wine list in restaurants, car rental, currency exchange, laundry service, mail service, boutique, medical service, doctor on call 24 hrs, safety deposit boxes (US$ 2.00 per day), scuba diving, parasailing, wave-runners, 18 hole professional Golf course across the street.

	Rooms
	The resort offers 210 comfortable rooms with Mexican Caribbean decor, all in small villas separated by winding paths and lush tropical gardens. The guest rooms feature either one king size bed or two double beds, hairdryer, iron & iron board, fridge, make up mirror, alarm clock balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, telephone and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

	All inclusive
	The all inclusive package includes all meals, snacks and unlimited beverages at the buffet restaurant “Chula Vista”, the Italian a-la-carte speciality restaurant “Botticelli”, La Terraza Mexican Grill (a la carte), “La Chiquita” snack bar offering daily and late night snacks until 2 am. Also, all beverages at any of the 5 Bars (including a swim-up bar) conveniently located throughout the resort with varied operating hours and a wide variety of domestic and international drinks available from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. There is also an ice cream parlour.
